Lesley's interest in metaphysics started as a teenager before it was accepted by the mainstream. Her formal education in holistic and energy healing began in her 20s when she trained in The Silva Method and other transformative modalities such as Reiki, Reconnective Healing and Tapping. In her 30s she earned a Diploma of EnergyHealing and a Certificate of Meditation Facilitation through NatureCare College in Sydney, Australia. She continued her studies while she worked in the corporate world and assisted clients on a private basis. She followed her dream to live in a rural community and moved full-time to Central West NSW in 2016. She founded Sacred Renewal Studios in 2023. Lesley enjoys spendign time in nature, cooking, deep meditation practices, spending time with her dog and travelling whenever possible.
