Service Description

This service includes: - a 45 minute in-person consultation IN LITHGOW, to discuss, identify and prioritise aspects of imbalance - Lesley's time to curate and create your custom-blended flower essence - 1 x 30ml vibrational essence dropper bottle with clear instructions for use - a 15-minute follow up call to check in with you and optimise results, timed approx 2 weeks after you start taking the remedy. Your custom-blended flower essence will be ready 1 to 2 hours after your appointment, or you can collect it from me the following Wednesday. If that is not convenient, Express Post mailing can be arranged for $15 (see separate item)

This booking policy outlines the guidelines for scheduling appointments, cancellations, rescheduling and essence postage. APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY In-Person Appointments (Lithgow): Wednesdays; Saturdays by request only. Online Appointments: Wednesdays or Saturdays. BOOKING To schedule an appointment, please book online through our website www.sacredrenewalstudios.com In person: Wait on the ground floor of 2 Roy St Lithgow and I will meet you ther Online: You will receive a Zoom link. Ensure you have set up your device & audio ahead of time. NEED TO CHANGE? I understand that life happens! To change your appointment, please be sure to update it ASAP on the website booking system according to the following guidelines: Up to 48 Hours Before Appointment: You can cancel with no penalty, and you will receive a full refund (100%) of your payment. Up to 24 Hours Before Appointment: You can reschedule your appointment for a different date and time with no additional charge (100% rescheduling allowed). Alternatively, you may cancel your appointment, but a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Same Day Cancellations or No Shows: Unfortunately, refunds or rescheduling are not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or for no-shows. PAYMENT INFORMATION Payment is due at the time of booking for online appointments. For in-person appointments, payment can be made online or at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and eftpos for clients in Australia. POSTAGE & DELIVERY OF FLOWER ESSENCES The postage cost you see covers Express Post delivery of your personalised flower essence remedy within Australia, for up to 3 bottles. It's important to note that this fee is separate from the consultation and creation of your remedy itself. Sacred Renewal Studios takes pride in providing a professional consultation to understand your needs, crafting your flower essence blend, and ensuring it's mailed promptly (within a week). Once your package is shipped, Australia Post assumes responsibility for delivery. In the unlikely event of non-delivery, you would need to contact them directly.
