Step 3: Prepare for Your Session

  • Online Consultations: Pay 48 hours in advance. Check your email (including spam) for the video link. Test your system before the appointment.

  • In-Person Appointments: Book up to 24 hours before. Cash payments available by request.

  • Classes & Workshops: Minimum attendance may apply. Contact us to confirm availability.

Info for parents/guardians about attending appointments for young people

In-person appointments: terms, conditions and suggestions for consultations with Lesley in Lithgow

(on Wednesdays, Saturday mornings, Sunday mornings)​​

Terms of your appointment including information on rescheduling, cancelling and access considerations if you have trouble walking up stairs. If you need to reschedule please let me know asap. Your deposit is transferable up to 24 hours ahead of your booking if you reschedule. Refunds and rescheduling is not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or for no-shows. Venue: Please come to the ground floor of 2 Roy St Lithgow where there are two waiting chairs. I will see you there. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes and try to be well hydrated. The room is on the 2nd floor of a building with no lift; it's not accessible for people who are unable to comfortably walk up one flight of stairs. If that is the case, please consider an online appointment instead.

Online consultations: Terms, conditions and suggestions

(on Wednesdays, Saturday mornings, Sundays by request):

How you will receive your appointment link, your responsibility for running your tech check, not being interrupted etc. You will receive an email with full details of your appointment including your video link at least 48 hours before your appointment. If it hasn't arrived by then please check your spam folder and contact Lesley asap by phone or text if you still can't locate it. For the appointment, ensure that you will be in a private space where you can sit or lie down and not be interrupted during our time together. Technical considerations: It is your responsibility to set up and check your device's video and audio (and headphones or earbuds) ahead of time. If you are unsure how to do this, there are plenty of videos on YouTube which explain it Please be aware that any delays on your side (whether personal, technical, or out of your control) eat into our time together and appointments will finish at the originally scheduled time. On the other hand, if there are any delays or technical issues on my side, I will absolutely guarantee that you receive the full time you paid for, even if it means rescheduling fully or partially to another time. Video links sent will be via Google Meet. Please ensure you can access the latest version and that both video and audio works for your setup.

Flower Essence therapy: terms, conditions and suggestions 

Time devoted to consultation and to essence creation in the appointment. Caution if you want to avoid alcohol as a preservative, terms for posting essences etc. The 90 minute appointment is recommended for your first flower therapy consultation or if you have a long standing or complex challenge. Note: a 90 minute appointment would typically consist of a 75 minute consultation with the rest for me to create your flower remedy. Ingredients in flower essences: vibrational essence, spring water or finely filtered rainwater, brandy (as preservative). If you avoid all alcohol, please inform me before your appointment so I can use a non-alcohol based preservative. If you are in Australia but not in the Lithgow area, your online appointment will include postage by Australia Post's 'Express Post' within Australia. The flat rate for Express Post delivery is the same whether I post 1 or 3 dosage bottles. The postage and handling his fee is separate from the consultation. While I ensure that essences are made to a very high quality with great care and are mailed promptly (within 1 week of your appointment), once your package is shipped, Australia Post assumes responsibility for delivery. In the unlikely event of non-delivery, you would need to contact them directly and quote the tracking number that you are given by us.

Flower Essence postage: terms and conditions

Details on the product, caution for those who avoid alcohol, responsibility for delivery etc. A 30ml dropper 'dosage' bottle contains over 450 drops of essence. Depending on the number of drops recommended and frequency, that should last you 1 month or more. If we both agree that a repeat of your previous custom blend is called for then there is no need for you to book another consultation. You can simply order a repeat dosage bottle. Price for this includes express postage within Australia. Ingredients: vibrational essence, spring water or finely filtered rainwater, brandy (as preservative). Even though the brandy is in very small quanties (less than 3%) if you are sensitive to alcohol or avoid it, then please do not order this item but contact Lesley to request that she uses a non-alcohol based preservative. Sacred Renewal Studios takes all possible care in preparing your custom blended essence with the greatest care and love, using only superior quality products. We will also package them carefully and mail via Australia Post using Express Post to the address you have provided. We will send you the tracking number for your parcel. Once we have posted the package, the delivery is the responsibility of Australia Post. If you have any concerns about delay or delivery you will need to raise concerns directly with them and we cannot take responsibility for their actions.

Distance Healing

Distance healing is available upon request. Please send me an email to discuss and arrange.

Terms, Conditions and Suggestions. This distance healing appointment is perfect for people who can't participate in person or online. Please email me to request details of this service. To get the most from this consultation, you will need to complete the brief questionnaire that I will send you so I can tune into and focus on addressing the priority areas. Then - depending on your preference - I can email you a brief summary of any insights I may have gleaned; or we can arrange a 15 minute phone or video call for you to update me about any changes or progress.

Guidelines for Attendance of Parent or Guardian when Client is a Minor or Young Adult
I hold a current Australian working with children check. My guidelines for parent or guardian attendance are as follows:

  • 13 years and under: parent or guardian remains in the room throughout appointment

  • 14 and 15 year olds: parent or guardian come into the appointment space from the start. Once the adult understands and the young person is comfortable, they can agree together if it would be best for the parent-guardian to stay or to leave the room and wait immediately outside or downstairs. 

  • 15 years to 17 year olds: While it is ideal for the adult to attend, I understand that working hours don't always allow for that. At minimum, I like to video call the parent or guardian making the appointment before you confirm and pay for the booking so we can determine if it would be best for them to be at the appointment.

  • 18 years old plus: While 18 year olds are adults, I am more than happy for the parent or guardian of a young adult to contact me with a few questions so I can help them understand my process and put their mind to rest before the booking takes place. That said, client-practitioner confidentiality does apply and I will never disclose information shared with me by clients unless I have their permission to do so, or where required under law.
