Custom blended flower essences

In a Flower Essence Therapy Consultation, we discuss your goals, identify your priorities and I craft and blend a remedy just for you. 90 minutes is ideal for your initial appointment and to address long-standing imbalances.
Fee covers appointment and your custom blended 30ml remedy dosage bottle. Express Post inside Australia is also included in the price of online appointments.
Flower Essence follow-ups
For existing clients
After your first in depth flower therapy consultation, follow up sessions can be shorter.
Choose either.
1. Express 30 minute appointment with a new blend 30mL flower essence, or

Distance Healing (on request)
45 minutes + follow up
When loved ones can't participate directly in an appointment, distance healing is available with healing and life force energy transmitted as remote healing. Enquire to ask if I can help.
You will need to complete a brief questionnaire ahead of time with client details, priorities and client or guardian consent. A 15 minute follow up discussion is included in the price.

For the best experience and to ensure the energy work is effective, please attend your session sober and free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If you are on prescribed medication, that’s absolutely fine—just let me know if it’s relevant to your session.

Preparing for your session

Private Space: Choose a quiet, private area where you can sit or lie down without interruptions during the session.

Comfort: Wear comfortable clothing and ensure you’re well-hydrated.
Technical considerations

Responsibility: It’s up to you to test your device’s video, audio, and any headphones or earbuds before the session.

If you need help, there are many tutorials available online (e.g., on YouTube).

Google Meet: Ensure you have access to the latest version of Google Meet and that both video and audio work on your setup.
Timing and delays

Your Side: Any delays due to personal or technical issues on your end will reduce the time available for your session. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time.

My Side: If there are delays or technical issues on my side, I’ll guarantee you receive the full time you’ve paid for, even if rescheduling part or all of the session is necessary.

Guidelines for parent or guardian attendance when the client is a minor or young adult
I hold a current Australian Working With Children Check, and I aim to create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all clients. Below are my guidelines for parent or guardian attendance based on the client’s age:
13 years and under
A parent or guardian must remain in the room throughout the entire appointment.
14 and 15 years old
A parent or guardian should come into the appointment space at the start. Once I’ve explained the process and both the young person and their parent/guardian feel comfortable, they can decide together whether the adult will stay in the room or wait just outside (e.g., immediately outside the door or downstairs).
16 and 17 years old
While it can be good for a parent or guardian to attend, I understand that work or other commitments may not always allow this. At a minimum, I request a video or phone call with the parent or guardian before you confirm and pay for your booking. This allows us to discuss how the client and the guardian adult want to be included or communicated with.
18 years old and over
At 18, Australian clients are legally adults, but I welcome parents or guardians of young adults to contact me with any questions before booking. I’m happy to explain my process and provide reassurance.
However, please note that client-practitioner confidentiality applies. I will not share any information disclosed during sessions unless I have the client’s permission or am required to do so by law.
