In Person Consultation (Lithgow)

A professional energy healing or energy coaching appointment in person with Lesley at her sweet 'high-vibe' studio in Lithgow. Together we will help you experience breakthroughs in your priority mind-body-spirit challenge, whether that's personal or professional. Discretion is guaranteed.

Custom blended flower essences

50 minute appointment + 25 mins to blend

If you have specific areas of concern in your life, you may benefit from a customised flower essence blend. Through a brief questionnaire and phone consultation I identify the ideal remedy that will support you to release what is not serving you and that restores your balance and innate potential.

Fee includes a 30ml bottle of your remedy with instructions. This can be collected from the Lithgow clinic when formulated, or postage (in Australia) can be arranged for an added fee.

Class: 'Success Sessions'

50 minutes

Identify and clear one business issue that holds you back each week, in this fast and fun online 'Success Sessions' class. It's designed for conscious leaders and professionals who want to gain an edge through inner reflection and EFT tapping.

$35 per person. Maximum class size 8 people.

Distance Healing

60 minutes + time to prepare + 15 minute follow-up email message or call afterwards

When loved ones can't participate directly in an appointment, distance healing is available with healing and life force energy transmitted as remote healing.

Client details, priorities and guardian consent is needed ahead of time. Includes a 15 - 20 minute follow up discussion - or written summary - with the person who made the booking.

How to Book

My online calendar is being updated at the moment, so let's work out the best timing together.

Step 1: Let's arrange a convenient appointment time. Call or text, whichever you'd prefer.

Step 2: Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and G-Pay using the Stripe secure payment platform (see links below). You can also use Efpos and cash at the Lithgow clinic.

Payment for online consultations is due at the time of booking to confirm your consultation. See the links below under 'Pricing' select the one you want to make your payment. .

Payment for in-person appointments is needed 24 hours or more before the appointment time. Click on a link below. If you don't have one of those cards, let me know and we can arrange for you to pay on the day.

Step 3: Look out for a short questionnaire to help me understand your priorities in brief. Completing it is optional, but it does help us save a little time on the day.

Please note: I hold a current Australian working with children check. While I typically work with people 17 years and over, I am happy to work with younger teenagers. Of course, for clients 14 years and under a parent or guardian will need to come to attend any appointment too.

In Person Consultations in Lithgow

60 minutes: A$180, inc. GST. Message or call to book, then pay here or by cash on the day.
75 minutes: A$225, inc. GST. Message or call to book, then pay here or by cash on the day.

Terms, Conditions and Suggestions. A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you need to reschedule please let me know asap. Your deposit is transferable up to 24 hours ahead of your booking if you need to reschedule. Unfortunately, refunds of your deposit and rescheduling is not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or for no-shows. Venue: Please come to the ground floor of 2 Roy St Lithgow where there are two waiting chairs. I will see you there. I recommend that you wear comfortable clothes and shoes and try to be well hydrated. As the premises are located on the 2nd floor of a building with no lift; it's not accessible for people who are unable to cannot comfortably walk up one flight of stairs. Please consider an online appointment instead.

Terms, Conditions and Suggestions. You will receive an email with full details of your appointment including your video link at least 48 hours before your appointment. If it hasn't arrived by then please check your spam folder and contact me if you still can't locate it. It's important that you ensure that you will be in a private space where you can sit or lie down and not be interrupted during our time together. Technical considerations: It is your responsibility to set up and check your device's video and audio (and headphones or earbuds) ahead of time. If you are unsure how to do this, there are plenty of videos on YouTube which explain it Please be aware that any delays on your side (whether personal, technical, or out of your control) eat into our time together and appointments finish at the originally scheduled time On the other hand, if there are any delays or technical issues on my side, I will absolutely guarantee that you receive the full time you paid for, even if it means rescheduling fully or partially to another time.

Flower Essences (consultation + custom blend) - Australia Only:

Standard consultation: 1.25 hours, being 50 minutes consultation plus 25 minutes for me to curate, create and blend your 30ml custom remedy.

A$250 for in-person or online appointment and essence collected from Lithgow Studio or delivered free to your Lithgow address. OR
A$265 for an online appointment with your custom blended flower essence mailed to you by Express Post, within Australia

Terms, Conditions and Suggestions. While this appointment is usually long enough for most clients, if your situation is more complex - we can arrange a longer appointment. Please drop me a message to advise you would like a longer appointment with a focus on flower essence therapy. A 90 minute appointment will be 70 minutes of consultation and a further 20 minutes for me to create your flower remedy. Ingredients in flower essences: vibrational essence, spring water or finely filtered rainwater, brandy (as preservative) If you are in Australia but not in the Lithgow area, select the option which includes despatch via Australia Post. The extra postage charge covers Express Post delivery of your personalised flower essence remedy within Australia, for up to 3 bottles. It's important to note that this fee is separate from the consultation and creation of your remedy itself. Sacred Renewal Studios takes pride in providing a professional consultation to understand your needs, crafting your flower essence blend, and ensuring it's mailed promptly (within a week). Once your package is shipped, Australia Post assumes responsibility for delivery. In the unlikely event of non-delivery, you would need to contact them directly.

Flower Essences (repeat dosage bottles) - Australia Only:

PICKED UP: A$40 inc GST: a 30ml custom blended essence identical repeat of your previous blend from us. Collected from the Lithgow Studio or dropped off to your Lithgow address.

POSTED: A$55 inc GST: for an identical repeat of your previous custom blended flower essence from Sacred Renewal Studios. Includes postage within Australia using Australia Post Express Post

Terms, Conditions and Suggestions. A 30ml dropper bottle contains over 450 drops of essence. Depending on the number of drops recommended and frequency, that should last you 1 month or more. If we both agree that a repeat of your previous custom blend is called for then there is no need for you to book another consultation. You can simply order a repeat dosage bottle. Ingredients: vibrational essence, spring water or finely filtered rainwater, brandy (as preservative)

Distance Healing:

Distance healing is available upon request. Please send me an email to discuss and arrange. A$175, inc GST.

Terms, Conditions and Suggestions. This distance healing appointment is perfect for people who can't participate in person or online. Please email me to request details of this service. To get the most from this consultation, you will need to complete the brief questionnaire that I will send you so I can tune into and focus on addressing the priority areas. Then - depending on your preference - I can email you a brief summary of any insights I may have gleaned; or we can arrange a 15 minute phone or video call for you to update me about any changes or progress.
