Hi there, I'm Lesley! My fascination with energy work began in my teens, and ever since, I've been on a continuous journey of exploration. From the Silva Method and Usui Reiki to Meditation, Flower Essences and advanced healing techniques like The Reconnection, I've delved deep into the world of holistic healing.

My mission is to support you on your journey: enhancing your well-being and removing blocks that prevent you from achieving your potential and promoting your sense of wellbeing and joy.

The practices offered do not rely on clients having any particular form of religious, spiritual or philosophical belief or practice. Everyone is welcome.

My story

My Journey with Energy Healing

My fascination with energy work began in my teens, and I've been on a continuous journey of exploration ever since. From the Silva Method and Usui Reiki to advanced techniques like The Reconnection, I've delved deep into the world of holistic healing.

This passion wasn't just intellectual; it stemmed from a deeply personal need. In my late 20s, the stress of juggling a demanding career pushed me to the brink of burnout. Discovering Reiki's calming energy became a turning point, offering me a sense of peace and grounding.

This experience fueled my desire to learn more, leading me to pursue formal education at NatureCare College. There, I gained valuable tools, including working with Energy Fields, Meditation and Flower Essences, which became an important part of my daily practice.

Energy healing's impact extended far beyond stress management. When a significant relationship ended unexpectedly, these practices became essential in navigating grief, rediscovering my purpose, and rebuilding my life. Years later, as I supported my aging father through illness and loss, meditation and flower essences provided me with the strength and clarity to navigate a challenging time for my family.

These personal experiences not only fueled my passion but also solidified my understanding of the profound impact energy healing can have on various life challenges. My background in the corporate world further ignited my desire to help others, particularly those seeking career fulfillment and balance.

Today, as the founder of Sacred Renewal Studios, I remain dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in practices.

I love serving clients from all walks of life and helping them achieve tangible results on their journeys towards a happier, more harmonious life. This is my calling.
