Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY FOR SACRED RENEWAL STUDIOS Thank you for choosing Sacred Renewal Studios! I'm looking forward to helping you on your healing journey. This booking policy outlines the guidelines for scheduling appointments, cancellations, rescheduling and essence postage. By booking, you agree that: 1. You have read and accept Sacred Renewal Studios’ Terms & Conditions. 2. You are responsible for noting your appointment time and checking time zones. 3. Online session tech (internet, audio, video) is your responsibility. 4. Full payment is required at booking. Cancellation and rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedules with 48+ hrs’ notice: 100% credit. Cancellations 24–47 hrs: 50% refund. Cancellations <24 hrs or no-shows: no refund. You also agree that - should a concern or dispute arise - you will contact Lesley directly to resolve the situation before escalating to third-party payment platforms.
