Service Description
Whatever has brought you here, whether it's something you've been carrying, something physical that hasn't shifted, a pattern holding you back, or a sense that there's more for you, you don't need to have it figured out before we begin. We start with a conversation. Then I work with your energy, drawing on whatever will help you most on the day. Before we finish, I check in on what's shifted and give you simple ways to carry it forward. No experience or particular beliefs needed. Just come as you are. Once you book, you'll receive your online meeting link and a short form to tell me what you'd like to focus on. Price includes GST.
